Correctly labeled "forgotten," the portion of Old Florida rightly gained its name for the overdevelopment of North Florida's coastline. Today, the Forgotten Coast is a special place for what has been preserved rather than developed. Here, you can find events linked to pristine bays coated in white sugar-like sand, coastal marshlands, rich sea life, and barrier islands with plumes of dune formations.
